Absolutely. All Marquis de Mayfair products are crafted with body-safe materials. Our leather is vegetable-tanned and free from harmful chemicals. Metal components are nickel-free, and our silicone products are 100% medical-grade. We never use phthalates or other potentially harmful substances.
How do I care for leather products?
To maintain your leather pieces: Clean with a damp cloth after use and allow to air dry completely. Apply leather conditioner monthly to prevent drying and cracking. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Never submerge leather in water or use harsh chemicals.
Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from our atelier in Mayfair, London. UK orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. European delivery takes 5-10 business days, and international orders (US, Australia, etc.) arrive within 7-14 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
UK shipping is free on orders over £50. Standard UK delivery is £4.95. European shipping starts at £12.95, and international shipping from £19.95. Express delivery options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at hello@marquisdemayfair.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
